Esk2Esk Cycle Routes

The Esk2Esk Cycle Routes by Road & by MTB are two intertwining cycle routes between Eskdale in West Cumbria and the Esk Valley on the East coast. It traverses The Lake District National Park, the Yorkshire Dales National Park and the North York Moors National Park. These West to East pair of cycle routes provide an exceptionally high quality ‘coast to coast’ experience. The road route is entirely on tarmac and the mountain bike route is off-road as much as possible. Both alignments use signed cycle routes where applicable and existing Rights of Way. The routes cross the proposed pair of Dozen Dales Cycle Routes in Wensleydale.
